Process spread through trade, investment, technology transfer and movement of people across the nation. Globalization consists of actions or processes that involve the world and be broad. In most countries there are successful in harnessing globalization, but some are not. South Korea is one of the countries that succeed in harnessing globalization through cultural transfer. Globalization of Korean pop culture or better known as the Korean Wave (Hallyu) is managed affects the lives of the world community.
    Hallyu means Korean wave or Korea fever refers to the popularity of pop culture abroad and offers the latest entertainment from South Korea who menuingkat significantly throughout the world, including Indonesia. Hallyu own genre of Industries ranging from movies, television dramas and pop music. South Korean pop culture mempu reach all ages ranging from children to adults. Beginnings of hallyu entry into Indonesia in 2002 with the emergence of the best-selling Korean drama series aired by private television station. Story line is packaged in attractive and modern style as well is played by talented actors and actresses, this drama series was made in great demand by many people.
    In Indonesia, but can be seen from the rise of Korean films and soap operas on television Hallyu can also be found at various record stores. In the film industry, Korean movies have got license sales through authorized distributors. Seen from the other side of this proves that the industry was Hallyu has a market share in Indonesia.
