• 4. Description [Abstrak] : The food crisis is one of the challenges for developing countries, one of which is Djibouti. The World Food Programme (WFP) as a international food organization, provides assistance to Djibouti by implementing the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) from 2020 to 2022 to address hunger and food security. This study aims to describe how the implementation of CSP uses the concept of food security as an analysis tool. This study uses a qualitative analysis method. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data collected through literature studies. The results of this study show that from 2020 to 2022 the implementation of CSP was achieved with three strategic outcomes. First, increasing food security and nutrition for vulnerable populations in Djibouti, especially children and pregnant women. Second, strengthening the capacity of the government and local communities for food access in managing food security and nutrition programs. Third, improving the logistics system and supply chain to ensure efficient and timely food distribution. The success of CSP implementation can be seen in the decrease in the number of affected communities, despite obstacles such as limited resources, dependence on international donors, and disruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
