Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study is to determine the women participation’s level in UMKM Srikandi Berseri to the advanced cloth making program in accordance with the participation rate theory according from Arnstein. In detail, this study explains how the level of participation contained in UMKM Srikandi Berseri is in accordance with the stages of participation in planning, implementation, and evaluation which are influenced by the concept of gender. In addition, researchers also examined the supporting and inhibiting factors of women’s participation as administrators and members in UMKM Srikandi Berseri. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. This research focuses on the women participation’s level in UMKM Srikandi Berseri in the advanced fabric making program at the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the level of women participation in UMKM Srikandi Berseri in the advanced cloth making program was in the category of tokenism. This level is divided into three according to the participation stage, namely at the planning stage at the information level, the implementation stage is at the Plazation level, and at the Evaluation stage is at the information level. Supporting factors that influence participation are: Group solidarity, gender equality, husband and family support, and appreciation for administrators and members. In addition, the inhibiting factors experienced consist of: company involvement in decision making, lack of discussion space between the management and members of UMKM Srikandi Berseri, and minimal distribution of homework assignments
