Description [Abstrak] : The humanitarian crisis that occurred in Afghanistan was caused by a conflict between the United States in carrying out its foreign policy called the War on Terrorism against the Taliban insurgent group and had quite a heavy impact on almost all sectors of life for the country and placed the country of Afghanistan in the status of Complex Humanitarian Emergency. Cordaid as an international organization engaged in the humanitarian field is present independently trying to help the problems of the humanitarian crisis that is happening in the country by carrying out several work programs such as Bright Future, Shelter for Women, and The Civil Society Platform for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding (CSPPS). Cordaid’s role has been quite significant in dealing with several problems in Afghanistan, but Cordaid is deemed unable to solve the overall humanitarian crisis that occurred in Afghanistan because the efforts made by Cordaid are still not in accordance with what the country of Afghanistan needs.
