• 4. Description [Abstrak] : Since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, online CSEC problems have become increasingly dynamic and continue to increase. The government realizes its limitations in dealing with online CSEC issues and then invites Google Indonesia to commit to ensuring the safety and comfort of children on its platform, namely YouTube. Through a special feature, namely YouTube Trusted Flagger which involves the local NGO ECPAT Indonesia as a Trusted Partner. During 20182021 this program encountered several obstacles in dealing with CSEC online through digital campaigns. The concept used in this study is the Digital Campaign from Leon Oostegard and CSEC Online from ECPAT Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with analytical descriptive and data sources obtained from literature, books, and articles from official institutions related to the handling of CSEC in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate several obstacles; found a lack of response and reporting facilities from the YouTube platform, the government that has not considered online CSEC as an urgent problem, and limited human resources from ECPAT Indonesia in reporting CSEC content on the YouTube platform. However, ECPAT Indonesia continues to explore more effective and innovative programs in dealing with various cases of CSEC both offline and online in Indonesia
