Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to identify and describe Turkey’s strategy in increasing Russian tourist visits to Turkey after tourism restrictions imposed by the Russian government and have an impact on decreasing Russian tourist to Turkey. The author uses descriptive research methods with secondary data types obtained through library research and analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results show that Turkey’s strategy in increasing Russian tourist visits to Turkey in 2017-2020 is Turkey’s nation branding strategy with the name Turkey: Discover the Potential, online and offline Turkey tourism promotion, customer relationship management, Turkish cultural festival program and the international tourism congress.
