• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze and describe the comparison United State of
  America’s Strategy and People’s Republic of China’s Strategy in developing
  technology and exploration of outer space in order to create supremacy in outer
  space. The type of research is comparative descriptive. The analysis technique used
  is qualitative. The theory/concept used are Strategy Theory and Strategic Realism.
  The results of this study indicate that the United States strategy in Creating
  Supremacy in Space is described in the Defense of Space Strategy, while China’s
  strategy in controlling outer space can be seen from the Defense White Paper
  published in 2015. Based on the author’s view, regarding the strategy of using outer
  space by China, in the military, technological and economic fields, can be said to be
  able to compete with the United States, which has used outer space first.
