The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University is a Faculty that has integrity and competitive at the ASEAN level. Based on the data and observations obtained, it is known that many employees and students who are not from the staff of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University can still provide optimal services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personality and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University. Personal (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) are used as independent variables while Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is the dependent variable. The type of research used descriptive quantitative research method with a survey research design. Data analysis used multiple linear regression technique using SPSS version 22. The population in this study was 102 employees and sampling using saturated sampling method was carried out by 81 respondents. The results showed that the variables of Personality and Organizational Commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results also show that Personality and Organizational Commitment variables partially have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Personality variable (X1) is the dominant variable in this study.
