• 4. Description [Abstrak] : The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equations: Y = 0.497 + 0.376 X1 + 0.484 X2. The results of partial hypothesis testing (T test) indicate that occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the production department at PT. East Kalimantan Diamond Samarinda. The results of hypothesis testing are dominantly obtained that the occupational health variable (X2) has a higher standard regression coefficient value of 0.435 while occupational safety is 0.367 which means that the occupational health variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee work productivity.
