  This study aims to determine the potential for financial difficulties in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in (2014-2018). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research was conducted on 4 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in (2014-2018). The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id. The technique used is the Altman Z-Score bankruptcy prediction method using 5 variables X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5. Has the formula Z= 1,2X1+1.4X2+3,3X3+0,6X4+1,0X5 scoring criteria Z-Score > 2.99 is in the Safe Zone, 1.81 < Z-Score < 2.99 is in the The Grey Zone so that the possibility of being saved and the possibility of going bankrupt is equally dependent on the policy decisions of the company's management as decision makers.
