    This study aims to test work discipline and motivation simultaneously have
    a significant effect on employee performance, to test work discipline and
    motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance and to test
    between work discipline and motivation which has the most significant effect on
    employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Anugerah Bara Kaltim in
    Samarinda.
    The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS
    software version 23, The sampling technique in this study used the saturated
    sampling technique, namely all employees at the Head Office of PT. Anugerah
    Bara Kaltim In Samarinda as many as 54 respondents. The method used is a
    quantitative method to determine the effect between two variables. Data collection
    techniques using observation, questionnaires (questionnaire). The hypothesis in
    this study is that there is a significant effect between work discipline (X1) and
    motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).
    The results of this study concluded that the variables of work discipline
    (X1) and motivation (X2) did not simultaneously have a significant effect on
    employee performance (Y). The results of this study also show that the variable
    work discipline (X1) and motivation partially has no significant effect on
    employee performance (Y). The most influential variable test is known that the
    work discipline variable is the most influential variable on employee performance
    in the head office of PT. Anugerah Bara Kaltim in Samarinda.
