    this cottage industry still has product defects which can be seen at the beginning of the data study during
    the July 2020. This study aims to analyze the quality control of yellow noodle products using statistical
    quality control (SQC) methods and the analytical tools used are check sheets, histogram, cause and effect
    diagrams, and control charts (p-charts). The results of the study during the research period in April 2021
    were at the control limit. It can be seen on the p-chart, the upper control limit (UCL) is 0.01201 and the
    lower control limit (LCL) is 0 in a reasonable condition. The production process must be paid more
    attention to by making detailed and written standard operating procedures (SOP) and always supervising
    employees during the production process.
