(X2) affect consumer satisfaction (Y). And to know if the price and quality of
service have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at the restaurant
Running KSF Samarinda. The type of research used is quantitative research.
Data were obtained from consumers in the restaurant Running KSF by taking
samples of as many as 100 people. The data is obtained using questionnaires and
by conducting field observations. The research method uses multiple linear
regression analysis methods. The result showed that the price and quality of
service influenced positively and significantly and simultaneously influenced
consumer satisfaction. Running KSF restaurant should maintain the price to
remain affordable and improve the quality of service so that consumers are
