This study uses quantitative research methods. The subject of this study was 75 students of class XII of Airlangga IT Vocational School Samarinda Samarinda who were selected using a purposive sample technique. The data collection method used is the scale of truant behavior, learning motivation, and school climate. The collected data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for Windows.
