• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This result of study has showed if Indonesia to have a impact from Uni Eropa is policy that is (Generalised Scheme of Preference) policy. Gsp is policy of convenience to import duty tariff to gift industry country for manufactur stuff from developing country. This policy initially to profitable for developing country including Indonesia but, in 2013 year Uni Eropa to gift to entry tariff very high for kakao product of Indonesia 8 – 12 %. This thing for Indonesia is so unfair cause kakao product from other country specially Africa’s countries is not like entry tariff of Indonesia. Indonesia think of Uni Eropa’s doing it is no accordance with policy of agreement on AOA (Agreement On Agriculture) from WTO which is Indonesia and Uni Eropa is agreement together. Indonesia think it is to cost and to response this problem the way negotiations with Uni Eropa by Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (EU-CEPA). CEPA is a place for Uni Eropa and Indonesia for trade negotiations between both of the countries. This thing Indonesia try to explain this problem and to make AOA policy which is to help Indonesia and other developing countries to face up unfair from developed countries in the free trade thing.
