- 4. Description [Abstrak] : The cooperation between Indonesia and Germany in the education sector, in this research implemented by SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda and Goethe-Institut runs for seven years. SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda continues to cooperate with Goethe-Insitut based on a mutually agreed on the memorandum of understanding. The results of this research are explanation of the cooperation program that intertwined by SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda with Goethe-Institut in the education sector. The cooperation that has been established since 2010 will be described as its implementation until 2017 based on the thinking of Merilee S. Grindle which is divided into three main programs and implementation programs, implementers and objects of cooperation programs. Continuing cooperation is proven by an annual memorandum of understanding. With the continuation of this cooperation which could continue to be seen in SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda by continuing the cooperation program well.
