Description [Abstrak] : This research aimed to determine the relations among interpersonal attraction of students to teachers and time management with learning motivation on students of SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda. This research used quantitative method. The sample in this study include 86 students. Data collecting method used learning motivation scale, interpersonal attraction scale, and time management scale with Likert scale model. The data collected were analyzed with regression analysis with the help of the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows 7. These results indicate that there is a highly significant relationship among interpersonal attraction and time management toward learning motivation on the students of SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda with R = 0,876; F hitung = 136,249 (F hitung > F tabel = 3,11); R2 = 0,767; and p = 0,000 (p < 0,005). In addition, from the results of the regression analysis simple model showed that there is a positive significant relationship between interpersonal attraction toward learning motivation with beta = 0,162; t hitung = 2,035 (t hitung < t tabel = 1,990); dan p = 0,045 (p t tabel = 1,990), dan p = 0.000 (p < 0,05).
