• Abstrak (max. 1600 atau 250 kata): This article highlights the unfinished disputes between India and Pakistan in the issue of Kashmir, and it is argued that the disputes on Kashmir have become an obstacle in enhancing the relationships or cooperation between the two countries. The opposing views and claims on this issue hamper the efforts to solve the conflict. India claims all of Kashmir areas as its own areas, and so does Pakistan. Currently, the disputes still exist although some agreements have been made to solve the existing problems. The data presented in this article is secondary data obtained through library research.
