In addition to, the great of Chinese military force is able to support the development of credible military power of Russia . China is also a large market share for the products of Russia, and China can be a major consumer of Russia’s weapons production, and the country is believed to Russia as a geopolitical partner who can help in stemming the influence of the United States in Central Asia. Thus, The economic and military policies of Putin to China are, by performing many kinds of cooperation. In the field of economic, with energy diplomacy and barter trade. Whereas, in the military field with the establishment of bilateral cooperation with partnership and alliances, and multilateral cooperation by making collective defense organizations.
