The study was a descriptive analytic study, which provides an overview and explains the role of MDF in managing grants to rebuild Aceh and Nias reconstruction and economic recovery in post-tsunami.The result is Indonesia inflation tsunami that hit Aceh and Nias post-tsunami. MDF in Indonesia in managing the grant of various countries and international organizations to strengthen diplomatic relations between states in the international community and prevent the flow of funds that do not transparent. Diplomatic support from donors in the process of the development of Aceh back in the imaging benefit from each donor. This is in accordance with the purpose of diplomacy is to aid disaster relief other countries affected by the disaster, and reflects a positive image of a country in the international community, attract foreign tourists, investors and establish cooperation in other respects. and policies made by the government such as providing rapid emergency response in the areas affected, and ensure aid funds channeled effectively and transparently, as well as support for infrastructure polic.
