Today, artificial intelligence is consedered as a new form of power in the international politcal system in its goal of becoming a hegemonic state. The development of artificial intelligence in the world today is led by the United States. US has dominated artificial intelligence technology with their products like Google, META, Amazon, etc. But in its development, other countries have the ambition to become the leading country in the field and innovation of artificial intelligence, that country is China. China is making artificial intelligence products in the same field areas that the US has such as Baidu, Tencent, etc. China’s ambition and development in having products in the same field as the US are then considered by some experts as the two countries rivalry in becoming the leading country in the development of artificial intelligence
