  The purpose of this research is to identify and visualize business ethics implementation toward government, production process and environment aspects in slaughter house Tanah Merah Samarinda, which also to analyze are business ethics already implemented or not by the entrepreneur itself according to recent business principle. This research using descriptive qualitative method with objective of research is business ethics toward government, production process and environment aspect. According to recent business ethics principle such as autonomy, integrity, justice, mutual profits and moral integrity. Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation and supported with secondary data sources. From the conclusion of this research we know that implementation of business ethics and business ethics principle in slaughterhouse Tanah Merah Samarinda by the business owners is any kind of activity which connected with fundamental aspect of entrepreneurship such as business ethics. After analysis process, the conclusion confirms that business ethics implementation toward government, production process, and environment aspect in this research was not yet running well as planned before, which means any improvement and evaluation is needed. Meanwhile the application of business ethics principle from entrepreneurs are well implemented and already depend on consideration of principles in business ethic. Principles such as autonomy, integrity, justice, mutual profits, and moral values was already maintained, this facts concluded from the business owner testimony who realize those principles as fundamental aspect of business itself which have to implemented with respect.
