Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari internet dan kepustakaan.Dalam menjelaskan Upaya AFPMengatasi Illegal Logging di Indonesia, penulis menggunakan teori peran organisasi internasional oleh Biddle and Biddle dan konsep Manajemen Hutan.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukan Upaya Asia Forest Partnershipdalam mengatasi Illegal Logging di Indonesia dilakukan pada saat terjadi kasus Illegal Logging dan Hambatannya. Pada saat terjadi kegiatan Illegal Logging Upaya AFPterbagi menjadi 2 yaitu peran sebagai komunikator dan fasilitator.Peran komunikator yaitu menyampaikan informasi secara benar dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan kepada seluruh anggota AFP. Peran fasilitator dilaksanakan dengan mengupayakan dana, daya, dan upaya serta keahlian yang diperuntukan untuk masyarakat.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
