Description [Abstrak] : IOM (International Organization for Migration) is a leading intergovernmental organization in the field of migration with the aim of promoting orderly and humane migration that benefits all. This study aims to explain in detail how IOM (International Organization for Migration) efforts to address the exploitation of fishermen in Maluku. The result of this research is that the presence of IOM helps the Government of Indonesia develop and implement policies, regulations, and administration to provide technical assistance and training of officials, and assist migrants in need. IOM has been successful in addressing the exploitation of fishing workers in Maluku. IOM, supported by the Indonesian government, has carried out various assistance such as shelter, legal assistance, payment of food and non-food assistance<\/strong><\/li>\n
