Berdasarkan sampel dari 30 Responden yang telah bersedia mengisi kuisioner penelitian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan pengawasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Era 5000 Swalayan Lembuswana di Kota Samarinda adalah positf, dengan hasil perhitungan rhitung = 0,67 dengan tingkat keyakinan uji t dengan taraf kepercayaan 90% diperoleh niliai thitung = 0,49 &gt; 0,1701 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang memiliki arti ada hubungan pengawasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Era 5000 Swalayan Lembuswana Kota Samarinda.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
