Penelitian dalam rangka penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat, melihat fenomena tersebut,maka penulis mencoba untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di puskesmas Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartenegara dengan sampel 85 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling selanjutnya, data penelitian diproleh dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment untuk melihat hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat. Setelah digunakan rangkaian uji statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat di puskesmas Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartenegara dengan hasil yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,352 Dengan Interpretasi Koefisien Korelasi tingkat hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasaan masyarakat termasuk kedalam kategori rendah .<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
