Description [Abstrak] : The study is to shows that the interests agreed upon by the three countries to strengthen national currencies and to avoid the risk of a currency collapse by reducing dependency on the use of dollars in each transaction in three countries and to facilitate and increase the volume of imports and exports in three countries using local currencies. In untilizing local currency settlement cooperation, communities and bussines people in three countries can make payment transactions directly without having to convert their money in dollars first.So people and businesses can easily spend their national money on payments in three countries. By continuing to use their national money, will be able to strengthen the value of the national currency itself if dollars increase.<\/strong><\/li>\n
