4. Description [Abstrak] : Indonesia and Singapore formed an agreement of coorperation of cruise according to each countries\u2019 interest on November 14 2016, in Semarang Indonesia. This cooperation is one of both countries\u2019 strategies to achieve their national interest. This research uses a descriptive analytic method. While data collection techniques used are based on secondary in the form of literature review (library research), that is by accumulating all the data from the literature that has been obtained from several research area such as books, magazines, daily newspapers, scientific articles , internet sites, journals, agreements, and scientific papers directly related to the problem. The author uses bilateral cooperation and development of tourism as the concept.The results of the research based on data analysis, show that the purpose of this collaboration, which is aimed at improving the economic progress of the tourism sector and promoting the tourism potential of cruise tourism between two countries by utilizing the destinations potential that are owned by Indonesia as well as the potential of cruise ship services owned by Singapore operators. This makes this collaboration a concrete manifestation of bilateral cooperation that is mutually beneficial.<\/strong><\/li>\n
