Konsep kerjasama bilateral menggambarkan kerjasama antara Indonesia dan Australia, dan Human Security Theory dijadikan sebagai pilar kepentingan Indonesia dalam menangani tingkat penyebaran virus Highly Phatogen Avian Influenza (HPAI).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
