4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze and describe the actions taken by China in responding to the increasing of Indian military capabilities in the Arunachal Pradesh region 2016. The research method used is descriptive with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is qualitative. The concepts used are the Security Dilemma and Arm Race. The results of this study shows that the actions taken by China in response to India’s increased military capabilities in Arunachal Pradesh are secretly deploying brigade missiles in Yuxi province Yunnan, reinforcing missile bunkers in Tibet near Arunachal Pradesh, building new airports near Arunachal Pradesh, and increasing the deployment of Jet fighter planes in Tibet<\/strong><\/li>\n
