Indonesia, which is part of ABIF, strives for Indonesian banks to be able to compete. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia has made various efforts. Both The government and banking collaborate to make efforts. The efforts done by Government are Providing Incentives and issued regulations for Banks to Consolidate, Strengthening Technology, Increasing HR Competence and International Cooperation. The efforts done by Banking are Consolidating, Utilizing Technology, Improving Competence and increasing the Number of HR<\/strong><\/li>\n
