Metode Penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Adapun jenis sumber data penelitian ini yaitu data primer atau data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber atau tempat dimana penelitian dilakukan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Alif Persada Nusantara Kota Samarinda yang berjumlah 32 orang. Penentuan sampel yang dilakukan adalah sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh yaitu dengan teknik hitung manual. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian, berdasarakan dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan di PT. Alif Persada Nusantara Kota Samarinda bahwa pemberian insentif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan statistik melalui pengujian hipotesis secara parsial yang menunjukan bahwa  &gt;  maka   diterima dan   ditolak.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
