4. Description [Abstrak] : In real life, the dating process did not always as smooth as every individual\u2019s expectations, a violent act in a relationship could make a woman traumatized. Women who has experience of violence can rise, change more positively and experience post traumatic growth. The purpose of this research is to see how the depiction of posttraumatic growth in the victims of violence in dating and factors that affected the posttraumatic growth. Researchers used qualitative research with case study approaches. The subject in this study was four women of violent victims in dating that have been identified post traumatic growth by using Post Traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) scales by Tedeschi and Calhoun. Methodes of collecting data used interviews, observations and informant techniques. The data analysis techniqued in this research were data processing, coding, data presentation, as well as interpreted the data (withdrawal of conclusions). The results of the study showed a picture of posttraumatic growth on the victims of violence in dating where the four subjects were early adult women who showed positive changes in life, capable of facing traumatic events, rebuilding lives is better and directional and can reflect on her new life. Struggle and change are characterized by the appreciation of life, relationships with others, personal power, spiritual change and new possibilities that are shot at each of the subjects themselves. The factors that affected the overall factors of appreciation for life, relationships with others, inner strength, new possibilities, and spiritual development that help the subject rise to find a better life than before.<\/strong><\/li>\n
