The research used quantitative research method. The subjects of this study were 100 people that was selected by purposive sampling techniques. Collected data was analyzed using the program Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. The results of this study showed there was significant effect job satisfaction and career development on organizational commitment by f value &gt; f table (13.148 &gt; 3.090) and p value = 0.000 (p  t table (2.171 &gt; 1.984) and p value = 0.032 (p  t table (3.059 &gt; 1.984) and p value = 0.003 (p &lt; 0.05).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
