4. Description [Abstrak] : The problem of unequal distribution of land in Colombia raises internal conflicts within the state. From this problem led to emergence of the left guerrilla group called FARC-EP (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias De Colombia – Ej\u00e9rcito Del Pueblo) which then led to armed conflict with the Colombian government for more than 50 years. Negotiations have been conducted since 1982, but always fail. During the president Juan Manuel Santos, finally the two sides agreed to make peace. The success of the negotiation process could not be separated from the declining power of the FARC-EP, the role of the third parties in the negotiation process and the achievement of 6 peace agreement agendas that includes the demands and interests of both parties. This agreement becomes the foundation for creating lasting peace.<\/strong><\/li>\n
