4. Description [Abstrak] : Pay gap is one of the global prominent issues, which exist everywhere including in developed country like Sweden. As a result, it is important for Swedish Women\u2019s Lobby as an organization that fights for men and women equality in every aspect of life including equal pay. The efforts are formalized into three categories of lobbying which are direct lobbying consist of debating and direct written message, indirect and media lobbying consist of social media campaign, debate article, seminar and bazaar, the last is grass root lobbying consist of campaign held in some regions. Those efforts generate promising results such as the rising of people\u2019s awareness, the changing of policies and the reduction of pay gap itself.<\/strong><\/li>\n
