Description [Abstrak] : In the research conducted, the results showed that the reason for the withdrawal of the United States was the violations committed by Russia, where Russia produced and conducted trials through cellular networks or platform mobile-ground . The medium range missile is known as the 9m729 Missile, in addition to that the report sent by the United States did not get a response from the Russian side, which is very contrary to the obligations of the INF agreement. In accordance with the agreement agreed, that if there is a complaint the party must provide verification of the complaint. Another reason is the interest of the United States to invite other countries in the latest intermediate range cooperation which is Multilarelism so that the security of the United States does not lag behind other regions, especially China.<\/strong><\/li>\n
