This study consists of two variables: the dependent variable, customer satisfaction and the independent variable, namely service quality. The technique of determining the sample using Simple Random Sampling. The sample in this study is the electricity customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Samarinda City as many as 100 people. Data analysis techniques in this study use the product moment correlation analysis analysis method used to find the relationship between one independent variable (X) or more with a dependent variable (Y). The results showed a significant relationship between the relationship of service quality with customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Samarinda City with a value of r = 0.570 and a value of P = 0.029.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
