4. Description [Abstrak] : Yacht has been existed in Indonesian maritime tourism since 2000, but at that time there were limitations in the preparation of the Indonesian government. To assist the development, Indonesia cooperated with Thailand through signing the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) on April 26 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand. Also, they agreed the cooperated in the flight routes and Buddhism travelling. The methods used in this research is qualitative narrative. The result the cooperation is to fulfill the infrastructure development needs especially ports, maritime tourism development, economic development, and to introduction Indonesian culture especially Sabang.<\/strong><\/li>\n
