Melihat fenomena tersebut, maka penulis mencoba untuk melihat hubungan atau pengaruh Budaya Birokrasi sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu Kota Samarinda dengan sampel yang berjumlah 41 orang menggunakan metode kombinasi. Selanjutnya, data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara dan penelitian kepustakaan. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment, analisis regresi linear sederhana, kecermatan prediksi dan analisis koefisien penentu atau koefisien determinasi. Setelah digunakan rangkaian uji statistik, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Birokrasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu Kota Samarinda yaitu sebesar 33,6% yang berarti bahwa sisanya 66,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
