4. Description [Abstrak] : The aim of this research was to determine the impact of compensation and workload on creativity of printed press employees. This research subjects were employees who worked at printed press company with a total sample of 60 employeeswho were selected using total sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows. The research results showed that: (1) there is significant impact of compensation and workload on employee\u2019s creativity by the f value > f table (9.209 > 3.16)and the p value = 0.012 (p t table(3.311 > 2.002)also the p value = 0.031 (p t table (-3.646 > 2.002)also the p value = -0.025 (p < 0.05).<\/strong><\/li>\n
