Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and school climate with truant behavior in class XII students of IT Airlangga Samarinda Vocational School. This study uses quantitative research methods. The subject of this study was 75 students of class XII of Airlangga IT Vocational School Samarinda Samarinda who were selected using a purposive sample technique. The data collection method used is the scale of truant behavior, learning motivation, and school climate. The collected data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) There was a relationship between learning motivation and school climate with truant behavior with F count> F table (53,653> 3.12) and p = 0.000 (p t table (-4,919> 1,666) and p = 0.000 (p t table (2,926> 1,666) and p = 0.005 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n
