Description [Abstrak] : In the research conducted, the results showed that the health problems experienced by the people of Yemen were caused by the destruction of the infrastructure of the clean water system which caused the contamination of clean water so that it was consumed by the people of Yemen. This causes the spread of cholera outbreaks. The ICRC in handling the problem of the cholera outbreak in 2016 to 2019 performed its role as an international organization, namely as an as implementing the role of the implementer. The role of the implementer is carried out by providing assistance involving victims of the cholera outbreak, assistance to the clean water system in Yemen, and providing medical team training.<\/strong><\/li>\n
