Description [Abstrak] : This aims of this research was to determine the impact of the work environment and workload on the safety behavior of special police in the community of II B Institution Tenggarong. This study used a quantitative approach. The research subjects consist of 105 special police in the community of II B Institution Tenggarong that was chosen using total sampling technique. The data collection methods used were ordinal scale of safety behavior, work environment and workload. The collected data were analyzed using the Kendall tau correlation test with the help of the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The research results showed that there is not effect between work environment and safety behavior through the Kendall tau correlation test with an R value of 0.079 and a significant value of 0.382 (p > 0.05) and well as a positive and significant effect between workload and safety behavior in police specialization in the community of II B Institution Tenggarong with an R value of 0.181 and a significant value of 0.045 (p <\/strong><\/li>\n
