Description [Abstrak] : This research is aimed to examined empirically the presence or absence of regresion of group cohesivity and readiness for change on job insecurity of conventional taxi driver. This research used quantitative approach. The subject of this research was conventional taxi drivers, with a total of 123 people. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. The measurement instruments used in this research were job insecurity scale, group cohesivity scale, and readiness for change scale. The scale was arranged with likert scale design. The technique of data analysis used was multiple regression test. The result of this research showed that the existence of regression of group cohesivity and readiness for change toward job insecurity on conventional taxi driver with p significance value = 0.000, F count 21.939 > F table = 3.070 and R2 value = 0.268. On group cohesivity toward job insecurity there was regression with the value of coefficient beta (\u03b2) = 0.319, t count value = 3.039 > t table = 1.980 and p value = 0.000. On readiness for change toward job insecurity there was regression with the value of coefficient beta (\u03b2) = -0.121, t count value= 2.348 > t table = 1.980 and p value = 0.021.<\/strong><\/li>\n
