Ridwan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Butik Batik Kuntul Perak yang beralamatkan di jalan Brig jend. Katamso, RT. 43 No.11 kecamatan Bontang Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan pengambilan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengenali sasaran komunikasi, pemilihan media komunikasi, pesan komunikasi, dan peranan komunikator dalam komunikasi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
