4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to test empirically whether there is any relationship between interpersonal communication with job stress in women\u2019s career in Samarinda. The subjects were 100 women career in Samarinda. Measuring instrument used in this study using a scale of interpersonal communication, and DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) for the scale of job stress. Data Analysis Techniques using statistical test product moment\u2019s. The results of this study indicate that there at correlation signification between self-efficacy with cheating behavior with a value rhitung = \u2013 0.606> rtabel = 0197, and the value of p = 0.000.<\/strong><\/li>\n
