4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of Nicaragua to resolve road constructions with Costa Rica in 2011-2015. The research method used is descriptive with secondary data. The concepts used in this study are the concept of Territory and International Law. The result of this study shows that Nicaragua efforts to resolve dispute through diplomatic notes to the Government of Costa Rica and several International Organizations and also filed a lawsuit against Costa Rica at the International Court of Justice for violations of Nicaraguan sovereignty and major environmental damages on its territory.\n
