Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to describe the implementation of the Chinese government in carrying out its international obligations, namely the Framework Convention of Tobacco Control (FCTC) agreement on tobacco circulation control. The type of research used is descriptive, technical data analysis used is qualitative and uses secondary data sourced from the internet and literature. To explain the implementation of the FCTC in China, the author uses the theory of the International Regime and international agreements. The results showed that in dealing with the circulation of tobacco in China. The Chinese government follows a program recommended by WHO namely MPOWER. The five MPOWER programs implemented at the FCTC include protection from the dangers of cigarette smoke, campaigns to stop smoking, socialization and warnings about the dangers of smoking, the enactment of prohibitions on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, and a tax increase on tobacco products.<\/strong><\/li>\n
