4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and career planning in Mulawarman University Psychology students. This study uses a quantitative research. The population in this study were Mulawarman University Psychology students totals 610 people. The sample in this study were 100 students of Psychology University Mulawarman. Data analysis using the correlation technique of Kendall\u2019s Tau-b. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between adversity quotient and career planning with r value of 0.15 and p (sig) of 0.838.<\/strong><\/li>\n
